Your time is precious as is ours, lets make the most if it by respecting each others time and following the cancellation policy below:

kellieMAC requires a credit card in order to reserve your appoitnment time. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, kellieMAC requires a 48 hours notice. If 48 hour notice is not given you will need to put a deposit of 50% down to book your next appointment time, applied to your balance day of appointmemt.

If you do not show with no call for your appointment time the card on file will be charged a non refundable 50% fee of the total services scheduled at the time of no show. 

kellieMAC is committed to giving you resluts you love, in the event you are unhappy with your hair service: please contact the salon within 10 days of your service appointment. We are happy to make small adjustments within that time frame

kellieMAC does not offer refunds of any kind on services rendered
